Ice cream catering in Munich for corporate events, weddings and celebrations. Eiszeitmobil brings an ice cream bike and service to your venue. Our ice cream is organic and certified according by a Bioland-certified manufacturer (no. 907 530); vegan sorbets are available.

Booked event with service
You book ice cream for your guests; our team serves it from the ice cream bike. The €500 minimum includes ice cream of the same value. A €100 service fee applies. Prices include VAT; 2.5 hours of serving are included.

Corporate events and trade fairs
For summer parties, team events and trade fair stands we arrive with our own cooling, staff and set-up. As a guideline we serve around 100 to 120 scoops per employee and hour – for large groups we plan serving windows together with you. Invoices show VAT separately. Branding can include a logo on the bike, cup stickers, fully branded cups, a branded menu, branded flavour cards and three A5 frames for company information.
What we need on site
- A level operating area of about 2 × 3 metres and access without stairs or via a lift
- A standard power socket is welcome if easily available
- Shade in strong sun; covered areas in bad weather
Travel costs
We operate within about 100 km of Munich. 0–6 km free, 6–15 km €69, 15–30 km €89, 30–100 km €220 – all incl. VAT.
